Build your Prop Cover

The Sky4 covers Prop Cover are bespoke fitted for your aircraft. We make prop covers for any aircraft, all we require is your prop measurements. There is a choice of fabrics which we can discuss including Weathermax 80, Weathermax light, Softouch Odyssey and Canvas.

Propellors vary in size, pitch, blade format and spinner design. In order to provide our customers with an estimate for a propellor cover we require fitting details.

Please complete the following 4 steps as outlined below:

1. MEASURMENTS

2. BLADE DESIGN

See Diagram opposite (Blue is outline of proposed cover)

3. Spinner Type

See the diagram opposite for clarification

4. Spinner Dimensions

See diagram opposite for clarification
(from back plate to tip)
(amount of spinner in front of blade)
(amount of spinner in behind blade)
(either as a complete measurement or as a diameter)

5. Custom Design

Customise your prop covers with just about any idea or design you like - for example: Manufacturers logo and add some yellow tip stripes like your props. Or get even more adventurous by adding a chequered flag design that starts at the route and travels up the blade span; custom flame designs, aircraft manufacturer logos, camouflage - almost anything. To do this either submit your own design as a Jpeg, PNG, SVG or EPS, or a photograph/image of something you’ve seen somewhere else - simply upload your ideas with a description and we will get back to you with a price.
