Stratus is a very lightweight no nonsense cover with a peach skin texture finish, designed to stow away in as small and compact way as possible (See the Stratus bag below). Just the minimum of fixings and very fast to put on your airframe.
Its main function is to keep the UV and heat out of your cockpit, but naturally it’s also water resistant which can only help when you are off touring or visiting friends.
How light is light? 120gsm! So if your cover area is 4m2 the fabric will weigh 480grams plus the weight of the lightweight plastic clips (replaceable if lost or damaged).
