If you have placed an order and then decide you wish to cancel an order, cancellation and refund is possible, as long as the item hasn’t left our premises and hasn’t been produced. For personalised products, cancellation is not possible once the personalisation process/production has begun. In the event of cancellation of an order, all refunds will be issued as soon as possible.
Goods are non-returnable except for genuine defects/errors in the production phase. If this is the case, we will pay for the return postage and either refund, replace or fix the faulty item.
All goods are examined in detail by ourselves prior to despatch, to ensure that they leave our facility in perfect condition. However, transit damage, unfortunately, can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. We will then advise you on the best course of action.
Sky4Accessories and Sky4Clothing do not offer returns or refunds on any products, except from the conditions explained above. However, we do offer exchanges with most products, as long as the goods are not altered in any way, still in the original packaging and otherwise fit to be returned to stock. This will be assessed on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us, unless the item is faulty/damaged.
If illegible for returns, we recommend that you send your order back to us using a tracked delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us and you’re responsible for returning the item to us in the same condition.
